Jim brings extensive marketing experience to client projects. In 2012, he retired from Lindenwood University where he served as Assistant Professor and Chair of the Department of Entrepreneurial Studies. In addition, he taught the capstone marketing course, pricing strategy and small business marketing as well as an array of courses focused on entrepreneurship. His venture into cable tv consisted of hosting a talk show on LUTV called Smart Business, where he interviewed local entrepreneurs as well as key service providers. Prior to Lindenwood, Jim was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for a publicly traded healthcare services company and before that, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for a biotechnology company. Jim is passionate about helping both for-profit and non-profit organizations succeed. In his own past, he was frustrated with agencies that promoted their creative awards while ignoring commercial performance. He’s intent on helping clients generate greater returns from their marketing investments. Jim continues to read extensively in the field. A few of the better business books he’s found are Marketing Warfare: 20th Anniversary Edition, Art of the Start, and The Strategy and Tactics of Pricing (he’s utilized these in classes).
Bill has been an entrepreneur for 8 years co-owning Allegra. His official title is Vice President, but he’s been the driving force behind the firm’s growth. He is Marketing Central and Creative Central certified. Bill understands the importance of getting the right message to the right people at the right time and delivering metrics to benchmark performance. He is heavily committed to Allegra’s FootPrint Fund program, donating 2% of its revenue every year to support non-profits in the community. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Truman State University and is a certified Marketing Specialist. Bill’s recent favorite business book is The Google Way.
Kevin Haines has more than eighteen years of marketing and advertising communications experience including digital, TV and outdoor media, telemarketing, and print in a wide range of markets. He is Marketing Central and Creative Central Certified. Kevin is responsible for managing the development and execution of integrated marketing communications for Allegra’s growing list of B2B, B2C and nonprofit clients. Prior to joining Allegra Design Web Print, Mr. Haines worked at Timmerman Group, where he managed digital strategy. Prior to that, he was an Operations Manager at Abstrakt Marketing Group, where he managed digital, print, TV, and telephone advertising campaigns from development to completion. Preceding that, he was Senior Account Manager at Ad One Media, developing and managing strategic national OOH advertising campaigns. Kevin earned his degree in communications at the University of Missouri St. Louis.
A passionate designer & art director who loves seeing and creating great design. Also a photographer, AJ immerses himself in composing the best creative ideas and running with them. Self-diagnosing himself as a perfectionist, AJ strives to deliver the best creative solution while always focused on the marketing goal. His innate creativity was given its tools at Central Missouri State University where he earned his BFA in Graphic Design. AJ spends his private time with his wife and two young sons. AJ’s a native St. Louisan and die-hard sports fan who hates Stan Kroenke.
